What this website is, and what it is not.
This notice is drafted to be accurate about what this website actually does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it must be before the site goes live.
This site is information, not an offer
Nothing here constitutes a binding offer of a course, a price or a place in a cohort. Enrolment happens under a separate written agreement, and the terms of that agreement govern the course.
Course content and availability
The catalogue shows which courses exist and which are in production, and that status is derived from our own build system rather than entered by hand. Even so, availability and start dates depend on cohort numbers, and we may decline an enrolment where the placement interview shows the course is not right for you.
Sample material
The excerpts of lesson and vocabulary material shown on this site are extracts from our own courses, published deliberately. They remain the property of Windsor Academy and may not be reproduced for teaching or commercial use.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site correct and current. Where something is uncertain we say so rather than round it up. If you find something here that is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Governing law
Polish law applies, and the courts of Kraków have jurisdiction.
