Windsor Academy of English Excellence — English for Professionals

For employers

Language training your L&D team can audit.

Most in-company English is generic business English delivered by whoever was free. This is a documented course built for one profession, taught to one team, with a paper trail at the end of it.

A team in a glass-walled meeting room in a modern Kraków office building.
Closed cohorts run at your offices, at ours, or online.

For employers

A closed cohort for one team, built around what that team actually does.

Kraków's shared service centres run in English all day and train in generic business English. We build the course around your processes, take four to eight people at a time, and hand your L&D team documentation they can audit.

Talk to us about a cohort
  • Course materials written for the profession, not adapted from a coursebook
  • Every exercise arrives with an answer key; every lesson with a runsheet
  • On-site at your offices in Kraków, at our building, or online
  • Progress test at the midpoint and a final test, both CEFR-banded

Why it holds together

We are new. So here is the thing you can actually check.

No testimonials, no client logos, no completion statistics — we have not been running long enough to have honest ones, and inventing them is how a school gets caught. What we can show you is how the courses are built.

30documents per course
Teacher pack, teaching guide, answer key, field-task key, learner handouts, field tasks, slides, appendices, placement test and learner forms — compiled from one source, at each of the three lengths.
420vocabulary terms
Each with a definition, a collocation, an authentic example sentence, and Polish, Ukrainian and Russian. A term without a collocation is treated as incomplete.
100%keyed and scripted
Every exercise ships with its answers. Every listening ships with a full transcript. Every lesson ships with a runsheet a fluent non-specialist could teach from cold.
0teacher notes reaching learners
An automated check derives its own tests from the source material and asserts that no teacher-only sentence survives into anything a learner sees. It runs before anything leaves the building.

Three formats

One course, compiled at the length you can commit to.

Not three different products. The same authored material, compiled to twelve, sixteen or twenty-six lessons, with the specialist areas unlocking as the course gets longer.

  • Short Course

    Core areas

    12lessons

    18 contact hours

The essential professional acts of your role. The easiest one to get signed off by an employer.

  • Intensive

    Core + extended

    16lessons

    24 contact hours

Adds the standard professional scope around the core. The usual choice for a competent B2.

  • Full Semester

    Everything

    26lessons

    39 contact hours

Adds the specialist, senior and compliance-facing areas. A real commitment, and the one that changes how you are heard.

Two courses — Call Centre and Career & Interview English — stop at sixteen lessons. That is by design, not an omission: neither has a specialist tier worth a further ten weeks of your evenings.

Groups of four to eight

Below four, the multi-party tasks stop working. Above eight, speaking time per person drops below what the fee justifies, so we split the cohort rather than take the extra learners.

On-site at Krupnicza 14 in Kraków, or online.

Closed cohort

One employer, one team. Tasks can name your company's actual processes, and the room already shares the context.

Open cohort

Mixed employers, enrolled individually. You hear how a different company handles the same escalation — that cross-company exposure is a selling point, not a compromise.

One-to-one tuition is available as a priced premium option.

Class size 48.

Twenty minutes on the phone or across a table. You will leave it knowing exactly where your English gives way — and that is worth having whether or not you enrol with us.
