What we do not use
No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No social media embeds that watch you. No third-party profiling of any kind. This is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight.
What we do use
One functional cookie stores the language you selected, so the site does not reset to English on your next visit. If you log in to the staff area, a second cookie holds that session and expires after twelve hours. Neither is used to track you and neither leaves this site.
Analytics
We count page views using a cookieless method that does not identify individual visitors or follow them between sites. It tells us which pages are read and nothing about who read them.
Controlling them
Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site at any time. The language cookie will simply stop remembering your choice; nothing else will break.
