Privacy notice
What this website collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: an enquiry form, no advertising trackers, and no cookies you have to click away.
This notice is drafted to be accurate about what this website actually does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it must be before the site goes live.
Who is responsible
Windsor Academy of English Excellence, Krupnicza 14, 31-123 Kraków, Poland, is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything in this notice, write to hello@windsor-academy.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form. Your name, your email address and your consent are required. Everything else on the form — your current role, how you describe your English, your first language, what you want to be able to do — is optional, is labelled as optional, and is used solely to prepare for the conversation you have asked for.
Why we may hold it
To answer your enquiry. That is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, which obliges us to erase what we hold.
How long we keep it
For as long as your enquiry is live, and no longer. If you enrol, your details move into our course management system under a separate agreement. If you do not, we delete the enquiry.
Who else sees it
The enquiry is delivered to our own mailbox by an email provider acting as our processor. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to build a profile of you. It is not transferred outside the European Economic Area for any purpose of ours.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to dismiss. We use privacy-preserving analytics that count page views without cookies and without identifying you. One functional cookie remembers which language you chose. That is all.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object. Email us and we will act within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
