Z lekcji 2 — The First Fifteen Seconds — Opening and Taking Control
Core Communication Skills
Cel lekcji, w oryginalnym brzmieniu — learner can open an inbound call so that they, and not the customer, decide what happens next — getting the account before the story, signposting the shape of the call, and arriving at second thirty with something they can act on.
- 01
The open question gives the call away
- ❌ "How can I help you today?" → ninety seconds of narrative, nothing recorded.
- ✅ "Before we start — can I take your account number?" → then *"Talk me through what's
happened." Closed first. Open second.* The order is the technique.
- 02
Interrupt in their interest
- *"Sorry — can I stop you one second so I've got your account in front of me while you tell me?
- Then I can see what you're seeing."*
Fourteen words. It buys the interruption, because it is for them.
- 03
